Jacksonville, FL--Nick Ross, brother of shooting victim Alex Ross will either "Save or Shave" his hair on Friday, March 19th on stage at the Jacksonville Landing.
The event is the culmination of Nick's Save or Shave fundraiser in which the college student sold "votes", with the winner deciding if he will Save or Shave his luxurious blond locks! The funds raised will be used to help defray the cost of brother Alex's care.
Alex Ross was shot in the head in January and is recovering at Brooks Rehab.
The "shaving" or the "saving" will happen on stage during 99.9 Gator Country's Free Spring Concert Series featuring Chuck Wicks on Friday, March 19th at 8pm. (Nick will be brought up at stage prior to the first act at 8pm, then again at aprox. 8:45 between acts)
99.9 Gator Country's Eden Kendall said "We just love this family. When we found out that Nick was looking for a place to wrap up his fundraiser we were thrilled to offer our stage. And, by the way, we talked to Alex about it...and he wants his brother to shave his head!"
